PropPayouts compares figures published by Payout Junction and PropFirmMatch. It does not run an independent wallet-transaction index or authenticate every payment to a trader. This guide explains the information behind the rankings.
Rolling figures use PayoutJunction as primary when source totals differ by at most 15%; above that, totals and counts use the arithmetic mean and the largest figure uses the maximum reported. One available source is used alone. Coverage is partial; this is not an independent transaction audit or a lower bound.
The divergence threshold is a reconciliation rule, not a confidence score. Agreement between two boards does not establish that their records are complete or independently authenticated. Different periods, payment methods and counting rules can produce different totals.
Calendar-period figures use PropFirmMatch alone; matched category arms are summed. They are source-board reports, not independently audited transactions. Do not treat a calendar-month report as interchangeable with a rolling 30-day total, even when their dates are close.
A source-board row may supply an amount, date, chain or payout rail. Those fields are reported by that source. A transaction link, where available, lets a reader inspect a blockchain transfer; it does not by itself prove the sender's ownership, the recipient's identity or why the transfer happened.
Reported payout activity does not establish a firm's complete payout volume, solvency or likelihood of paying a future request. Missing coverage is not evidence of non-payment. PropPayouts does not independently filter a complete transaction ledger for internal transfers, refunds or affiliate payments. The combined total is not an independently established minimum.
Start with a firm profile, compare the window and source freshness, and follow the full methodology. If a figure cannot be explained by the available source information, treat that as a coverage question rather than a conclusion about the firm.
A practical evidence checklist: identify the firm and program, compare dated records and understand what payout data cannot prove.
