Privacy policy

Here is what we collect to run the site and measure its use, and the choices you control.

Last updated 7 Oct 2026

What we collect

Newsletter email. If you subscribe to the Monday report, we store your email address to send it. One email a week, unsubscribe in one click, never shared or sold.

Listing requests. Firms that apply for listing send a name, website, wallet addresses and a work email. We use these only to verify and list the firm.

Site operations. We record page visits on our server to understand traffic and maintain the site. Server and infrastructure logs may contain request information needed to operate and protect the service. The public payout pages report aggregate source-board data.

Community accounts. The payout-dispute community uses a public handle and password; it does not require an email address. We store password and recovery-code hashes, session records and information needed to prevent abuse. Keep your recovery code private. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cases, replies and screenshots. Your submissions are visible to you and site moderators while awaiting review. Approved content, your handle and attached screenshots are public and may be indexed or copied by search engines and other visitors. Remove names, account numbers, email addresses, payment details and any other private information from screenshots before submitting. We remove image metadata when accepting PNG evidence, but this cannot redact information visible in the image. Reports about content and moderation records are private to moderators.

Cookies and analytics

The public site works without accepting analytics. When Google Analytics is configured, we ask before loading it or sending analytics events to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and measure page views, engagement, and successful subscriptions or embed copies. We do not send newsletter addresses, alert email addresses, or form contents in our analytics events. Advertising storage, Google signals, advertising user data and ad personalization are disabled in our implementation.

We save your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to accept, decline, or withdraw. Withdrawal stops future Google Analytics collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site, and reloads the page. It does not delete data already sent to Google. Clearing browser storage resets your choice.

Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms and may process it outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information. Contact us about data already collected or other privacy requests.

The community uses a necessary, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. It expires after 12 hours. Community case, account and submission pages do not load Google Analytics. We do not send handles, passwords, recovery codes, case text or screenshots as analytics events.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of anything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — see contact. Newsletter deletion is instant via the unsubscribe link.

Data location and retention

Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe, and listing correspondence for as long as the listing is relevant. Community content, screenshots and moderation records are stored in our service database and its backups. Withdrawing a case removes it and its screenshots from public access; it does not immediately erase moderation history, backups or copies made by third parties. Contact us for account or data deletion requests. We assess requests alongside the information needed to handle abuse, disputes and operational recovery.
