Clear facts. Respectful discussion.

A useful payout case helps readers understand the claim, the supporting evidence and how it is resolved.

Document your own experience

Describe a payout request you made or a situation you are directly involved in. Give a clear timeline, explain the firm’s response and separate facts from your opinion. Select “resolved” only when you consider the issue resolved, and explain what changed.

Include redacted screenshots

A new case requires at least one screenshot. Relevant evidence may include the payout request, its status, the applicable rule and the firm’s explanation.

  • Remove email addresses, full names, account identifiers, wallet addresses, phone numbers, addresses and private details about other people.
  • Never upload identity documents, passwords, recovery codes, API keys or banking credentials.
  • Keep the date, status and relevant wording legible where possible. Explain any redactions or missing context in the caption.
  • Do not fabricate screenshots or modify evidence to change its meaning. Do not use generated images as payout evidence.

Uploaded images are converted to PNG and checked before storage. This processing does not automatically redact visible text; you must review and redact the image yourself.

Review before publication

Cases, evidence, replies and resolution updates are private while pending review. Moderators can approve, decline or hide submissions that do not meet these rules. Moderation notes are shown to the submitting member where applicable.

Publication means the content passed moderation. It is not an independent verification of a claim, an identity check or a finding that a firm acted improperly. Community reports do not change the payout figures shown in our data rankings.

Responses and resolution

Other members and firm representatives can reply. If you represent a firm, clearly state your affiliation, address the specific claim and avoid sharing customer records or personal information. Member accounts do not carry verified firm badges.

Case authors can submit an update and propose a new reported status. Updates are reviewed before publication. The original report stays separate from later replies and updates so readers can follow the timeline.

Respect people

We do not publish harassment, threats, discrimination, doxxing, spam, promotional links, duplicate campaigns or unsupported claims about criminal conduct. Critique the facts and the response, not a person’s private life.

Reports and withdrawal

Use “Report this case” on a discussion page to flag privacy issues, abuse or misleading content. Reports are sent privately to moderators and are not shown in the discussion. For urgent privacy concerns or requests about content that identifies you, contact [email protected] with the case URL.

A case author can withdraw a case from the member account. Withdrawal removes the case and its screenshots from public access. Moderation records and private copies may be retained for abuse prevention and support, as explained in the privacy policy.
